Tender and poetic, four young friends set out on the land in search of medicines to cure a grandmother. Set in 1981, this lovely story of friendship and ingenuity is a testament to the strength of children and the memories of our childhood.


Keesic Douglas is from the Rama First Nation in central Ontario. His practice utilizes photography, video and performance, focusing on themes of exploring history, identity, representation and the environment through an Indigenous perspective.
