Festival Passes must be redeemed in-person for tickets, subject to availability, at the festival box office or at the cinemas during the festival. Passes are non-transferable; imagineNATIVE regrets that it cannot be responsible for lost or stolen passes or tickets. A limited number of seats are available for each screening and event; Pass Holders and Complimentary-Ticket Holders must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the screening to ensure seating.
