imagineNATIVE Film Festival

Youth at imagineNATIVE
Each year imagineNATIVE engages diverse youth groups in workshops, panels, mentorships and screenings. This year imagineNATIVE partnered with the National Film Board Mediatheque to offer a hands-on animation workshop for teens during our 10th annual festival. Held at the Native Canadian Centre of Toronto, this half-day session engaged 28 students with the opportunity to create short films experimenting with stop motion animation. The end products are charming and hilarious.

imagineNATIVE offers free tickets to school groups and youth programs to attend festival events and screenings, and also provides free admission to students (and seniors) before 5pm. We also deliver free workshops to engage youth who represent a range of ages and interests. For further information about our annual youth programming, please contact info@imagineNATIVE.org.
